Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LeatherLoop, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

A valid reason must be provided (e.g., incorrect item, damaged item, size issue, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Customized or personalized products

Used, damaged, or altered items not due to manufacturing issues

Items returned after the 7-day window
Return Process

Reason for return

Product photos (in case of damage/defect)

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and address.

You must ship the item to our return address within 3 business days after approval.
Note: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
Exchange Process

If the item is eligible and in stock, we’ll process and deliver an exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned produce.
Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed & credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund after verification.
