1. Service Areas
We currently ship pan-India through our reliable logistics partner Delhivery.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen events like weather or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For COD orders or lower-value purchases, shipping charges may apply (displayed at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes.

A small COD handling fee may apply.

We may verify COD orders via call or WhatsApp before shipping.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, lockdowns, or natural disasters.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
